My second build for a sincere attempt at completing Night of the Zealot on Standard difficulty.

Is getting that extra resource on family inheritance from lone wolf worth it? I mean what are you going to use the extra resource for? Assuming you're going to be running streetwise, the extra resource doesn't allow you to buy three pumps.

Also if you're doing NotZ, do you have a way to deal with the cultists in midnight mask and the devourer below?

@Django Neat! I've never played that game before. Just a Biblical/Chrono Trigger reference.

@shadowari Lone Wolf is not integral to the build and is a great target for Adaptable. Between Fire Axe, Hard Knocks and the resource from upkeep it almost always get used. It's also there as anti-asset hate bait. I plan to use either Track Shoes or Cunning Distraction. If the deck even gets that far. >.<

Chrono Trigger was also great, now that i read about the biblical meaning of "mammon" (money, wealth) it gives that machine from Chrono Trigger a whole new meaning, never realized that before. Thanks!

I'm playing a preston deck in 4 player and built around Well Connected. It works pretty well if you save ressources for 2-3 turns, so you're at 10-20 in total. I guess Lone Wolf gets you there earlier, but being alone isn't that likely in 4 player.

Joey "The Rat" Vigil is also pretty underrated. He costs a lot at 4 ressources, but the flexibility you gain from playing items only when you need them saves you some ressources for Well Connected early on, especially with those 0 cost soaks (Cherished Keepsake and Leather Coat). But there's many ways to built a preston decks, yours also looks pretty interesting.
