A deck that wants to make the most use out of Marie's good willpower AND intellect.
Hawk-Eye Folding Camera and St. Hubert's Key boost both these stats. Marie will investigate without spells so she can dedicate her spell slots to combat. Arcane Research are to upgrade the spells of course.
Lexicon and Mirror gives her cards she can use her extra action to play.
Initiate and Renfield are easy allies to bring. Id suggest replacing the Delves for Alyssa Graham in standalone, and if playing campaign you should take 1x Versatile to bring her (as well as stuff like Charisma of course). Alyssa boosts Marie's respectable intellect and allows her to evade Baron Samedi, as well as other teammates' weaknesses.
Deny Existence is good. Lucky is good and with Versatile you can bring 2x Lucky. Moonlight Ritual is good for this build. Uncage the Soul is a good economy card (and gives more value if you want to upgrade the mist to suggestion and take a second mist/suggestion with versatile). Ward of Protection is good.
Winging It is to augment Marie's role as cloover, allowing her to grab more than one clue per action. It's also discard fodder for Occult Lexicon.
Unexpected Courage is a good skill for a Marie that wants to use both Will and Intellect, and sometimes even Agility.
