Part one of my Dexter/Ursula duo that I used to take down the Forgotten Age. I made this deck around two cards: Dream diary and crystalizer of dreams. Ursula is a speed machine and she was really fun to play. The Dexter deck (https://arkhamdb.com/deck/view/729176) is made to take care of enemies and provide general support. In TFA I managed to get a good resolution on every scenario except Boundary Beyond. Ultimately I got the R1 resolution.

Opening hand: Dream diary, hawk-eye folding/magnifying glass are all good openers, as is Fieldwork and Ellie. Crystalizer is also fine, but can also easily go on Ellie.

Hand slots: Dream diary is key, and a static intellect boost is really good, as Ursula is "only" 4. I generally left Pnakotic manuscript for Ellie, though I never managed to find it. In hindsight, I should have used the XP on something better.

Accessory: Crystalizer of dreams was surprisingly useful, and the enemy is not a big deal for Ursula, as she can usually use Pathfinder to escape (it enters play exhausted) or evade it rather easily. Tooth of Eztlli got me a surprising number of cards through my games, and Gold Pocket Watch got me out of a stricky situation in Yepths of Doth. There sure is competition for the slot, but Ellie can help here.

Ally: If Jake was in my opening hand I would usually play him, otherwise I'd try to find Ellie. I added versatile for track shoes, but the dilution of my deck caused Ellie to whiff quite a lot, which is a pretty frustrating feeling. Hence, I recommend that you don't add versatile! I love it for what it can do, but I have yet to find a winning formula.

Getting clues: As I mentioned above, stat boosts, events from the Crystalizer and Essence of the Dream usually means that you can run skill tests with a base of 7. Ursula is such an efficient cluever if she is allowed to do her thing.

Enemy management: Generally she left it to Dexter, but with Essence she can evade for 6 (or 8 if you got Dreams of a madman). I also shrewd analysis upgraded into an acidic ichor, which was used to great effect in both Yepths of Doth and Shattered Aeons.

There you have it! Give it a shot, and I hope you enjoy it.

I upgraded Dream diary after scenario one, and tried to get it into play as fast as possible. With the upgraded diary, you basically have a free unexpected courage each round! I managed to pair Essense of the Dream with Fieldwork, so I could move in, free investigate with +2 and then drop Essence on my next investigation. It worked out surprisingly well! Crystalizer was to take advantage of all the cool seeker events that I often end
