The Wendy deck is all about evading. The core package is 2x of Stray Cat, Scavenging, Pickpocketing, and Sneak Attack. The 2x Knife and Flashlight are fodder for Scavenging. You can either discard them for the icons or for Wendy's ability, then get them back to reuse. The 2x Perception help you trigger Scavenging.
