Hi, Tony's deck finder, I present to you the strongest deck I've ever tried in my several hours as an Arkam Horror player. Tony, thanks to his insane skill and A LOT OF experience points is able to overcome any campaign with ease even in expert mode. Have this deck as a finishing point after several games and you will not regret it! Remember that if you do not have the right cards for the deck or you have little experience, you can always modify it with cards more suited to your way of playing, or if you are an Arkham horror veteran and have more or less the same cards, I suggest you try how much it breaks the deck.
I mean, 64XP you should be able to beat most campaigns. Also, how you get that much XP in a single campaign; let alone in several hours.
Most campaigns will give you 30-40 XP, and you'll pick up a number of unavoidable weaknesses and perma-horror/damage. Tony's low sanity of 5 and low willpower means you're really only a single Rotting Remains away from a rather bad day.
All in all, I'm not sure I agree that this as strong a deck as you claim for the amount of XP needed to get it on the table. Less weapons and more Prepared for the Worst as well
