I enjoy playing Ursula a lot (and I love both Fast and Curious and DUBS). I also recently played Underworld Jenny and Twinal-Tap Jack and had a blast. So when creating good-stuff-research-relics Ursula I started incorporating some charges-moving shenanigans.

The combo: The main shtick is Pendant of the Queen, The Red Clock and Eldritch Sophist. Each turn you can move one charge from The Red Clock to Pendant of the Queen to keep an extra action (just like Underworld Jenny) and be The Queen forever (similar to Twinal-Tap Jack).

Relics assemble! Getting Pendant of the Queen requires some work so the first card to get should be your assistant Whitton Greene - so hard mulligan for her. She will boost your INT and will search through your deck to find relics/books while firing up research cards in the meantime. And you want to move and reveal new locations anyway! If you have not found her, don't worry - Calling in Favors will help find her anyway.

Weak spot: This deck has next to zero enemy management. It is meant to work in multiplayer - for solo you might need to tweak it a bit to add either some "I've got a plan!" or some AGI skills. Another potential weakness is the relatively low INT value early on - although skills should resolve this issue.

Flex spots:

Campaign legal starter: Keep In the Thick of It, Eon Chart (while not part of the main combo you will get a lot of mileage from it early on and can add charges through Astounding Revelation), Segment of Onyx and Surprising Find. Drop upgrades and replace:
