Ace In the Hole Pay Day x 2
I know it's expensive with the taboo, but getting in streetwise is wise. It greatly helps with his clue gathering and frees up 2 card spots for the above upgrades.
Not a horrible deck. But the weakest of the 5 original investigators... in my humble opinion.
The rest is by name, and will result in a fairly capable investigator.
