This deck was played solo in the "By the Book" Challenge Scenario. It utilizes both sides of the Parallel version of Agent Banks. And implements the Due Diligence, Red Tape and Leave No Doubt Directives.
You'll be lucky to earn 3 XP from this scenario even with the Easy Mode; I averaged 2 XP with a one or two bonus card for Roland's next game. I'm really not sure how any player would earn much more based on the number of turns you have to round up the cultists and get them back to the Police Station. I ran into at least 3 enemy monsters a game and they will trip you up losing a turn of your goal.
If you've never played this, then you need to realize you will be moving within the few location nearest the Police Station. And finding cultists and dragging them back to the station so you can chalk them up for Victory pts.
As I noted above the Directives are key to getting some free actions on your turn. Along with the free actions on the Police Station assist you to do numerous things on a turn. You have a lot of decisions to make given on your turn... it is a lesson in procedures. Good Luck!
