Get your friends to each play 4x Sled Dogs.

Mulligan for combinations of drawing thin, rabbit's foot, and take heart to get the cards and resources flowing in. Haste and Leo De Luca gives you extra actions to speed up your setup (you're going to be taking a ton of play actions), while Eon Chart helps a bit with action economy alongside track shoes. Use You Owe me One and A Chance Encounter to buy more dogs off of your friends hands or discard piles. Requires less commitment from your allies than asking them to buy the dogs themselves and ship it to you via teamwork (also not location restricted).

Use Black Market to buy dogs off of your friends decks, and use alongside Faustian Bargain to make sure they don't flame you as you sandbag the first few rounds.

You can have 12 dogs out alongside Leo/Bonnie if you only have 2 friends, or ditch the humans for the full 16 dogs if you're playing alongside 3 buddies.

Third Time's a Charm is there so you don't kill somebody else on an autofail with 16 dogs, or to pretend that you're helping for the first few turns.

Before you fully commit to dogs, you probably want to run old keyring/look what I found, fire axe, etc. to not be completely useless in the first few scenarios as you get exp to build your engines.

Other options - Flare can be a great card to search for more dogs once you have your core pieces. Extra exp can be spent on survivor exile cards late into the campaign as they're all really good. Eye of the Djinn can also be a slot in for more impact earlier into each scenario.
