Shady Charlie

Thematically I was going for a hard gambling Charlie. A man willing to risk the long odds to achieve his goals. A man of questionable morals but also a man who is everyone's friend. Mechanically this deck is meant to be a flex having a little fighting and a little investigation. Hopefully once set up his income will help him to do alot of things testlessly until he gets a decent stable of friends online.
