Finn 19XP + in thick of it

Intermediate Difficulty. He is a "flex" deck that should find a couple of clues/round on medium- or low-shroud locations while dealing with incidental enemies. If the team is overloaded, he can evade. He has the most free actions/round, so he can explore the map. A "Lucky Cigarette Case" or two (along with Lockpicks) is the core of the deck: Finn can search through several cards each round for the best option. Dirty Fighting + Switchblade (along with Leo) means he can eventually kill incidental enemies. If it's a stretch, he does have the free evade. Any difficult treacheries should be delegated through "You Handle this one!."
