Norman Withers in the Edge of the Earth

This is for my campaign in Edge of the Earth. I want to mainly just use the investigators and player cards from Edge of the Earth. I also only allowed cards from Edge of the Earth to be used by one investigator. Then I sprinkled in the core. I did include few from other sets that were lower level for upgrading later.
