This is the starter deck. The first Upgrade should be Underworld Market for 4 XP. Then use this deck:

For in the thick of it you need to take 2 trauma for the 3 xp for Another Day Another Dollar. I recommend taking 1 in damage and 1 in horror since 7/6 are still solid starting health pools.
