Upgraded version of "Darrell Simmons Grand Unveiling (XPed)".
Upgrade Priorities:
Scavenging -> Scavenging (2)
Old Keyring -> Old Keyring (3)
Scavenging upgrade is incredible for action economy. Old Keyring upgrade helps consistently get multiple clues while reducing shroud.
Magnifying Glass -> Flashlight (3)
Fortuitous -> Gumption (1)
Fortuitous -> Hiking Boots (1) [only one copy]
Flashlight and Gumption are both great for the shroud removal focus. Hiking Boots to replace the remaining copy of Fortuitous while getting movement tech.
Deduction -> Deduction (2)
Backpack > Backpack (2)
Testing Sprint -> Persistence (1) & Hiking Boots (1)
Charisma (3)
Empirical Hypothesis customizations (4)
Useful but non-essential upgrades. Persistence is added because with the Short Supply and Forced Learning combo it's easy to get into your discard.
