Core idea of the deck is to use Flashlight (3) and Old Keyring (3) to get shrouds to 0 and get 2 clues per action, then use scavenging (2) to recur the flashlight and keyring.

Perception x2 -> Sharp Vision x2

Always full mulligan to get scavenging, short supply will "draw" you anything else you need.
Tool belt and Hawk-Eye Folding Camera are experimental combo, I haven't actually tested it yet. The idea is when you start investigating the last clue on a location and after you trigger flashlight (3), use the tool belt to fast switch the flashlight and Hawk-Eye Folding Camera to generate more evidence for Darrell's ability. You can also use Tool belt plus Hawk-Eye Folding Camera to discard empty flashlights. If this combo turns out to be not great, then switch the tool belts for Cherished Keepsakes and the hawk-eye cameras for mag glass.
