Feels like it needs a couple of Emergency Caches or more resource generation from somewhere. Lots of expensive assets and even double Refines. Rite of Sanc can be hard to set up for sometimes.
2x Open Gate seems unreliable too, especially without any card draw. I'd consider Ward of Protection instead for something reliable and almost aways useful, and a way to use that 9 sanity Mary has.
Personally I would just go all-in on the Runic Axe, dropping the Blessed Blades, Psalms, and the Bandolier. Replace with 2x Prepared for the Worst.
