George Barnaby can draw up to five cards each round if you trigger his ability every phase. Doesn't that makes him a better Patrice, without needing to discard his hand and a better statline ?

Well, time to Patrice to show her contender she can rise to the occasion, and become a better Patrice than George. By becoming a better George. Yeah.

Something good about Patrice is her raw draw power. Good news, it means you are one of the best investigators to find Transfiguration early.

Georges has his / access, giving him notably Artistic Inspiration (to trigger his ability during the ennemy phase) or Empirical Hypothesis to resplenish his hand after Cast Adrift...

But Patrice has her Violin to trigger a discard whenever she wants, and Close the Circle to trigger actions in every phase. With Enraptured to recharge it, you can even put a Spectral Shield on Lawrence Carlisle to protect him (and you) from the mythos (you can also use the Bangle of Jinxes combo).

You also don't have Georges weakness to set you back ; instead either put your Watcher from Another Dimension in a Binder's Jar or tank it with Idol of Xanatos and you are free to cycle.

Also, you can put Nothing left to loose in a Patrice deck without feeling being tricked.

Ugrade priority is second Transfiguration, 2×Cornered and Dark horse (5), with flowing xp thanks to Down the rabbit hole (first purchases are 2×Enraptured (2)).

You want to have your assets in play (especially the violin) before transfigurating, so usually i prefer discarding/commiting the first Transfiguration and delaying the transformation until i hit the second copy.

I think the weak card of the deck is "Look what i found" because we usually don't have any money to play it, but the icons are nice so i kept it.
