This is my latest try on a 4 player Mark Harrigan deck, utilizing all packs currently available (in german).

Although tempting, I try not to build Mark as a pure monster killer. Instead I aim vor a versatile deck designed to help my mates out (be it with healing, ressources or mythos), while also delivering my share of clues (without relying on tests)

I have not playtested this deck so far, so Flesh Ward might not be an optimal (or even good) choice. But I want to test this card for myself and see how it behaves. If it sucks, I will replace it with either Dodge oder True Grit.
I thought about running Practice Makes Perfect, but I couldn't decide what to cut for it and also didn't know if 5 Skills are enough to make it worth.

Upgrades for this deck are really straight forward. Just replace every card with its XP version. :)
.32 Colt II is a sure first upgrade for better bullet economy. Next might be Grete Wagner II for one more clue and better chances on finding some the old way. Stick to the Plan and replacing one Clean Them Out with Ever Vigilant will make this deck even more reliable (Prepared for the Worst, Ever Vigilant and First Watch go under the plan).
Evidence! will be replaced by Lesson Learned and Flesh Ward with "I've had worse…"/"I've had worse…" II.
If there are still XP left adding Versatile (bringing back Clean Them Out and adding Well Prepared and Physical Training III) might be an option.

What, no big gun???
Well, actually, no. I find a big gun calls for too many assisting cards and thus commits one to the monster killer role, which is - as stated above - not the intend of this deck. Also, in our group every mate is somewhat capable to take care of the normal guys (and Jenny Barnes sometimes even slices through semi-bosses in one round), so the need for something bigger didn't arise so far.

While this might not be the most inventive one-of-its-kind Mark Harrigan deck ever created, I still like to have your opinion on it. :)
If asked for, I will give updates on how it behaves in the upcoming adventures (TCU, Dream Eaters, Side Stories).

It looks solid. I find it hard to not provide Mark with a Survival Knife, and I really want to try Relentless, which, as Death by Chocolate pointed out, lets Mark draw without taking damage himself.

The thing with Survival Knife is, that hardly ever we have Monsters surviving the player round. And even if one does, it is likely exhausted. But I will keep it in my mind.
Relentless is a cool some kind of Investments with a bonus interaction for Mark. But since I am running only 2 dmg weapons it would build up very slow and only if I spend "unnecessary" bullets.

If you are aiming for the 2 XP "endless Colts" sort of setup, you might be willing to put 2 bullets in a 3 Health enemy to put a Damage on Relentless, banking a Resource and drawing a card. I'm not sure if it's a great combo, but Mark is set to leverage it for maybe 3-6 Resources and cards if he can manage to wait to cash it in....
