Tommy "The Furrier" hadn't always been a fur hunter. In fact, his life began with a blue uniform, patrolling the streets as a police officer. He was methodical, brave, and well-respected in his community. Yet, the orderly world of laws and concrete started to feel small and lifeless. Something inside Tommy longed for freedom, for the untamed chaos of the wild. One day, he simply placed his badge on the desk and never looked back.

He began wandering through forests, learning the art of hunting. Over time, he became not just skilled but renowned, earning the nickname "The Furrier" for his ability to skin prey with surgical precision. He raised and trained hunting dogs, loyal companions that followed him without hesitation. But when winter was harsh or the hunt was scarce, necessity forced him to use the hides of his own dogs, something that left an emptiness in his chest, but a subject he never discussed.

One day, while sitting in the tavern of a nearby town, he overheard rumors about Cicuta Island. It was a remote, almost unknown place, but the story that caught his attention was about the strange wildlife that inhabited it. Birds with plumage so dense it seemed unreal, and beasts with silky fur that looked like they belonged to another world. For a fur hunter like Tommy, this was an untapped treasure.

Then came the news: Dr. Rosa Marquez, a renowned biologist, was organizing an expedition to the island. Her goal was to study the island's unique fauna, but for Tommy, the trip had another purpose. He signed up for the expedition, passing himself off as an expert guide. Secretly, his plan was to explore the darkest corners of the island and hunt those unknown creatures, adding the most exotic pelts the world had ever seen to his collection.

As they sailed toward Cicuta Island, Tommy looked at the horizon with a mix of excitement and ambition. He knew Dr. Marquez would not approve of his intentions, but for him, this was not a scientific journey. It was a hunt, and as always, he was ready to claim whatever destiny laid before him, even if it meant facing creatures no one had ever heard of.

Cicuta Island promised wonders and horrors in equal measure, and Tommy was determined to leave with pelts no one else would dare to claim.

This looks fun. Did you test run it?

The only comment I'd have is: Surely it should have been Heavy Furs instead of Fine Clothes? :-)

@acotgreave

Thank you for your comment.

Very good observation. The more furs, the more fun. I put Fine Clothes because of the Parley actions through the campaign, but I would turn it into Heavy Furs and later upgrade them into Hunting Jacket.

Thanks.
