Late game big damage Leo Anderson

This is a very late game build for Leo Anderson for 47 exp. With access to Charon's Obol it is actually not that bad.

First 3 exp from In the Thick of It are Charon's Obol and 3 copies of Easy Mark. Very standard for anyone that have access to rogue cards.

First upgrade should be Charisma, Adaptable (because you want to slowly swap out your skill cards) and Leo De Luca.

Then you can work on 2 Beat Cop, Stick to the Plan, Stand Together, and 1-2 "Fool me once..." for weakness

Next will be your biggest power play M1918 BAR, swap in 2 Contraband and 2 Black Market.

Now you will have very strong card and resource economy. What you put inside Stick to the Plan is Contraband, Stand Together and "Fool me once...".

What is strong with this is after your 2nd cycle of your deck your M1918 BAR will be 8 > 16 > 32 > 64 > 128 ammos. With Galvanizeand Swift Reflexes you can dish out insane of damage because of 5 damages per action. This is why in the end you remove all the skill cards. Not only they do not do much, but also slow down your black market. Everything else really down to your personal preference and exp.
