Lola Hayes is the best investigator

I thought of making another Lola hayes deck, since there are many more cards released now since her release, so i thought i'd give it a shot.

This deck rather focuses on "discovering" clues instead of investigating. This deck also rather focuses on "dealing damage" instead of fighting

Advantages imo: Since the main cards are events in your deck and the assets are not that important Lola's weakness is never going to be a pain in the ass. The Art Student does his thing immediately when he enters play. When we loos David Renfield we'd probably gained a lot of resources already from him, and he'd be probably sacrificed to an enemy attack before you draw your weakness. So only Occult Lexicon and Clarity of Mind remains to be bad, but that's not really a problem imo.

Strategy: not fighting, or investigating, only discovering clues and doing direct damage. This seems like an expensive deck but Lola Hayes has some access to great upgrade cards now.

Economy: upgrades: Hot Streak x2 is a must. Also consider Another Day, Another Dollar. also upgrading Emergency Cache is worth it imo. And with still David Renfield and "Watch this!" i believe the economy should be ok.

combat: Dynamite Blast into Dynamite Blast Storm of Spirits into Storm of Spirits I probably would have removed 1 copy of Sneak Attack for Hot Streak it depends on where you wanna lay the focus on.

Clues: Gravedigger's Shovel is very nice. Could replace the 2x Eureka!. Still have 7 seeker cards so no issue with that, or if you wanna keep them but i do think it's necessary. Eureka! is great but since our weakness will not be so bad when it comes out you might even swap her out from the beginning with something else.

Other stuff to consider: if later on we need to do some test like nasty treachery's or so Blood Pact might be worth considering also. but then i should also go for Adaptable an put 2x Moonlight Ritual in the deck. Shortcut into Shortcut and why not go for The Red-Gloved Man Clarity of Mind into Clarity of Mind.

many options to go by. Even if you notice that you have many resources over you can go for the Arcane Studies and it's cheaper than Blood Pact but can be discarded by your weakness.

with Arcane Research you can develop your deck really fast. going combat wise spending 1 xp for a leveled Storm of Spirits and upgrading the Dynamite Blast with xp, could nasty and helping to trigger "Let God sort them out..." but i would probably swap it after first scenario for a Hot Streak
