This deck was able to win Return to Circle Undone in Standard difficulty, without boos, with the last Taboo list of Chapter 1.

The deck collected 32 XP (including 5 from the resolution of the last Scenario.)

Main Strategy

No rely specific stratefy here, it's a pretty standard mystic deck with some elements of recursion and interaction with the encounter deck, and powerful events to cancel damage/horror/attacks.

Alyssa Graham will be your main source of encounter deck filter, sometimes ditching 2 nasty cards in a row (with your ability as well as her own), preventing any bad enemy or treachery to screw you up.

Once an enemy actually shows up, usually through scenario effects, Sword Cane is a very good way to either evade/damage the enemy once per turn (or twice the turn you played it). Then, rely on event recursion offered by Dayana Esperence who can grab any Spell event, but above all, damage events like Storm of Spirits or more frequently Spectral Razor to one shot most enemies.

Economy

Most of the economy rellies and events, Uncage the Soul is pretty strong early game to help you play some of the recent mystic assets to fight/investigate (Breath of the Sleeper/Eyes of the Dreamer).

One of your first upgrades should be to buy 2 copies of Ever Vigilant, which is a fantastic card more mystics wish they could take every once on a while. The power in brings to the table during the first few turns (which are decisive for mystics to properly set up) is just insane.

Outside of that, Robes of Endless Night and it's upgrade are very important later on to help you cast your spells every few turns, especially once you've got one attached to Dayana Esperence.

Ennemy managment

Breath of the Sleeper is a valuable tool at the begining of the campaign, but you'll see that dealing 3 damage in a consistent way with Spectral Razor or the upgraded Storm is just way more reliable, especally once they are attached to Dayana Esperence and you can cycle them each turn, and sometimes twice per turn if you succeed at a test while Inspiring Presence is commited.

Clue getting

It's pretty common for this deck to investigate at 6 / 7 . With the help of your static boosts form the assets like St. Hubert's Key, Alyssa Graham and Eye of Ghatanothoa. For difficult locations / multiple clues at the same time, Read the Signs is pretty insane and even more interesting in Circle Undone since it can avoid the Haunted effect in case your draw the . This deck is a clue-getting machine that pretty much nothing can stop.

Survivability

Besides your natural abiliy to avoid danger and cancel future copies of similar bad cards, Robes of Endless Night, Eye of Ghatanothoa but also Dayana Esperence help a lot to tank the damage outcome, especially since your have only 5 starting health.

But that's not all: once you've go sufficient ways to deal with enemies on the board/hand, you might want to attach Deny Existence to Dayana Esperence instead of a damage event, especially if you're a bit low on health/sanity. If you manage to collect even more XP, a pretty broken synergy is to attach the upgraded verison of this card to Dayana, so you can not only cancel but also heal damage/horror multiple times.

EXTRA XP: Besides Deny Existence which can already very strong (and fun) to add to this deck, a good skill you can add to this build is the upgraded version of Enraptured, since it's more secrets for your Dayana Esperence / more charges for your classic mystic assets.
